Shipping Policy

General Shipping Information

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Non-custom items are generally shipped within 2-4 business days of order placement.

Custom items such as our Free Range backpack, are subject to lead times. Our lead times will vary and are updated and posted on our website.

Delays in shipping times may occur due to a high volume of orders and postal service issues outside of our control. We will keep you posted when your item ships!

We are a small business. But most importantly we are hikers too! Occasionally, we have specific dates ranges that orders are not fulfilled until a specific date. We like to get out and enjoy the trail and research and develop our products.

We will always post the dates when order fulfillment will be delayed. Orders will be fulfilled based on sequence of receiving.
